I ordered this product and it arrived on time. Although I haven’t opened it yet, all items seem to be in tack.

I ordered this based on the positive reviews, expecting to get the dental pick and mirror as pictured, but was surprised to receive the DenTek Toothache Kit (whith has 3 q tips, and a couple of small containers of unguents and such.) After a few email exchanges with the vendor, they stated that I received exactly what I ordered, but that they need to change the picture (which hasn’t been changed.) I am confused, since the text description are also completely different. To be fair to them, they have promised to refund my purchase cost, though that hasn’t happened yet. Anyway, if you order this expecting to get a DenTek Dental Pik Ultra, you may receive something completely different.
I just noticed that Amazon is using a different vendor — I ordered mine from AmericaRX, so the new vendor may be better.
